The Fool and the Flying Ship is a hilarious folktale set in Ancient Russia.  The story begins with a proclamation from the Tsar saying that anyone who can build a flying ship will win the hand of his daughter.  But when a countryman and his eccentric friends show up to claim the Tsar’s daughter, the Tsar is dumbfounded and has second thoughts.
