Returns
To return an item:
Complete the information on the back of your invoice, and mail the item and the packing slip to the address indicated. If you do not have the packing slip you can download another one to print (pdf); or please indicate the following information on a separate piece of paper and include that with your shipment:
- Daytime phone number with area code
- Action requested: Exchange or Credit/Refund
- List item(s): Item #, Size, Quantity, and Description
