Checkout

Once your cart contains the items you want to purchase and the quantities, sizes and formats are correct, click "Check out."

At the beginning of the checkout process, you will be given the option of either creating an account, signing in if you already have an account, or checking out as a guest without an account.

If you already have a personal account:

  • Enter your email and password
  • Click "Sign in and Checkout"
  • Go to Step

If you chose to create an account:

  • Click on "Register & Checkout"
  • Fill in required account information as requested
  • Click on "Create My Account"
  • Go to Step 1

If you chose to check out as a guest:

  • Click on "Checkout As Guest"
  • Go to Step 1

Step 1: Billing and Shipping

  • Enter the billing address that corresponds to your credit card and the shipping address where you want your order sent (we can only send to one address per order). If you have a personal account and are signed in, your billing address will appear automatically.
  • Select your shipping options from the dropdown menu. The NPR Shop offers Standard (7-10 days) or Express (2-3 days) shipping.
  • Add an optional gift message on your order. This message will appear on the on the packing slip and the purchase prices will not appear.
  • Click "Continue"

Step 2: Review & Pay

  • Verify your billing address, your shipping address, and your delivery method. If there are corrections, click "Edit Billing and Shipping," make corrections and click "Continue."
  • Enter any applicable coupon or promotional codes and click "Apply"
  • Enter your gift certificate number, if applicable, and click "Redeem"
  • Review your cart - you should see all applicable promotions and discounts taken, your estimated sales tax, if applicable, and your shipping cost
  • Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code
  • Click "Submit My Order"

Step 3: Receipt

  • Print this page for your records. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours and a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • If you have created an account, you can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking "Where's My Order." This feature is currently only available to registered users.
