The fine print:
* Gift certificates are fully transferable, but not replaceable and are not redeemable for cash.
* Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue except where prohibited by law.
* Gift certificates are not subject to shipping and handling or sales tax when purchased. However, merchandise purchased using a gift certificate is subject to shipping and handling and sales tax, where applicable.
